- Providing on-site and remote support to the employees of the company
- Install and configure end users’ computer systems
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding in a sales environment
- Proactive maintenance of computer systems and related infrastructure
- General admin and policy compliance
Job Requirements:

- 3-Year degree in IT or Market-related qualifications

- Experience in a helpdesk or internal IT-department roles
- MCSA\E In Windows or Server Environments
