Hotel Reservations Administrator

Full Time

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Handle all front-of-house operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
  • Assist with managing Hotel reservations, including booking requests, confirmations, and guest communications.
  • Provide administrative support for the travel business, including data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest details.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized, providing an exceptional first impression.
  • Collaborate with the Hotel team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in other duties as required to support the Hotel and travel business operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Diploma in Tourism or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or tourism role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
