Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat and phone in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide advanced customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively
  • Resolve complex customer issues by collaborating with other departments and finding appropriate solutions
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective problem-solving
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update them as necessary
  • Continuously monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services

Job Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Post Matric qualification
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
