Candidate Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat and phone in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide advanced customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively
- Resolve complex customer issues by collaborating with other departments and finding appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective problem-solving
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and update them as necessary
- Continuously monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Post Matric qualification
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
