Candidate Responsibilities:
- General office duties
- Providing written reports relating to the status of plans progression at council as and when required.
- Creating files for new projects, indexing and uploading of photo’s, sketches and plans to relevant folders
- Submission of plans to various municipalities within South Africa
- Daily follow-up of plans and updating client’s status
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- Minimum 3 years as an Office administrator
- Excellent computer literacy in Word, Excel and Google
- Attention to detail
