Candidate Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
- Handle all front-of-house operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Assist with managing Hotel reservations, including booking requests, confirmations, and guest communications.
- Provide administrative support for the travel business, including data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest details.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Collaborate with the Hotel team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in other duties as required to support the Hotel and travel business operations.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Tourism or a related field.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or tourism role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
